Üla Café – Cafetería

Üla Coffee opens its doors in Fabra i Puig, a more distant zone of Barcelona that still does not have the density of specialty coffee shops as the center zones of Barcelona.

The girls who own the shop were already familiarized with specialty coffee having worked in other shops of Barcelona, so they decided to continue with the trend of the product. The shop is located in a beautiful corner in a mainly pedestrian way and has very soft pastel colors that give a very pleasant sensation when inside (it has also a tiny charming 2 seat table outside).

By ordering a double espresso, a plant-based flat white, a granola bowl, and a croissant to eat – we saw things were made with care and quality. Service was great and the prices very fair.

The roaster is Animal Coffee, a good choice for fewer residues generation and a very traditional brand of specialty coffee in Barcelona. Using their blend as main coffee – they can reach all audiences – from the lady of the neighborhood to someone more coffee freakish
