The Egg Lab – Brunch
The Egglab Brunch already had a long history here in Barcelona, and recently Oriol, the owner, decided to push the spot level even higher. By promoting a complete renovation of the place following the trends of Asian coffee shops with pastel colors and minimalistic details, Egglab brunch became a place that is hard to pass through without wanting to get in for a coffee or their delicious food.
Speaking about the food, one of the best pancakes eaten in Barcelona is there! Apart from many other delicious plates. The ingredients are usually from the surroundings and they try to use seasonal products too.
Service is perfect, as well as coffee extractions. The team of baristas and waiters is incredible, and often you will see Oriol around the place serving customers.
A must-go in the region, besides, it is a few steps from the ROCAFORT station of the metro – no excuses!
