Te Quiero Verde

This week we headed for a very nice breakfast at @tequieroverdebcn , a charming restaurant that prioritizes healthy, local, and seasonal food located in Dreta de Eixample.

As you reach the spot you can see cool wooden boxes with plants that are used in the kitchen such as rosemary, basil, and others – an urban garden that pleases the eye. Inside the decoration in pastel tones is also very aligned with the purpose of it and makes you want to spend more time at the table.

For coffee: @threemarkscoffee is one of the best roasters of Barcelona. A double espresso shot and a cappuccino with oat milk, both of them with great texture and very well prepared in a Victoria Arduino beautiful machine.

For food, we went for the vegan and the salmon toast. The delicious vegan one with cashew nuts cheese and avocado and the other one had the salmon home marinated that was a blast.

By the way, as I was taking some pictures, I could witness the preparation of their homemade pasta too (yes! They try to do almost everything by themselves) that is usually served for their lunch menu that I still have to taste.

And finally, I could not forget to mention the great service of the people working there. Everything well explained made me feel very comfortable for a place that I will surely recommend for loads of people!
