La Brillantina
Follow the triple combo and you will hardly miss a good spot: specialty coffee, natural wine, and craft beer. When people take care of those, food will probably be very well taken care of too.
.
Following the recommendations of @crstnjd , we went to eat at @labrillantinabar that is a great fusion in love and in food this nice Colombian (Santiago) and Argentinian (Vanessa) couple serve in a street less than one minute walking from the Fontana metro station in Gracia.
.
The outside walls with a lot of colors give you a hint of the fresh and happy south American cuisine, which has so many things that remind me of Brazilian food.
.
We started with a round natural tint wine and Negroni with @hiddencoffeebcn in it, beautiful and delicious. For food, we order a lot of their small menu (that I love when they are small), from chicken chipatacos to the great encocado del Pacífico (a fish and shrimp stew with lots of flavors) and CEVICHE obviously. Lastly, we tasted the sanguchito that is very popular in Argentina. All of the plates were amazing, without exception
.
Lastly for dessert we ordered an avocado with aguardiente ice cream, very interesting, and were given a coconut cake that reminded us so much of our childhood in Brasil, so tasteful
.
.
This will be a regular place for us without any doubt, and more so because we can end it with a good batch Brew of coffee from @hiddencafebarcelona
