Dulcimena Coffee & Go

Dulcimena is the first space dedicated to specialty coffee globally in the city of Granada with a “take away” format and it works in different aspects: espresso, filter/immersion coffee, bulk sales and accessories. It carry out a great rotation of origins throughout the season, selecting very different profiles to provide great experiences to its coffee “family”. It offers a wide variety of extraction methods including espresso, Italian coffee maker, aeropress, V60, plunger, kalita, chemex, siphon or cold brew. Systems that you can also buy in its space, since their concept is developed, to a large extent, as a store dedicated to the world of the specialty.

Dulcimena also adds as a fundamental base the offer of bulk coffee from a wide variety of origins, in grain or ground, with a high quality standard in profiles, scoring, etc… and roasted weekly so that the freshness of its coffees is an identity sign always.

On this path, it go hand in hand with both its fixed roasters, Ineffable, The Barn and Gardelli, as well as those great state and international guest roasters with whom it work every month: La Cabra, Hidden, Friedhats, Mabö, Rum Baba, Sumo, Slowmove, 80Plus.
