BLAVA Coffee Shop
It is very satisfying when you get to see people who began small in the specialty coffee world evolving to next levels. This is specifically the case of Sebastian, that we met just when he was a beginner barista in another coffee shop in Barcelona, and now opened a really nice coffee shop with his partner in El Prat de LLobregat.
Besides the coffee shop is very complete, they are also roasters, and by the coffee tasted, we could say that level is top. Either espresso based or batch brew were delicious, food offer also really good. Service is also well provided by the partners and trained baristas in the coffee shop too.
The place in very enlightened, wich gives a great sensation combined with the whole blue of their branding. By being in a not centric place Blava Coffee is doing a huge contribution for the specialty coffee community to grow even more in Barcelona and Spain, pushing other places to improve their quality and giving people the opportunity to know specialty coffee too.
Last but not least, a good spot to buy your roasted coffee and also coffee gadgets there!
