@035bar can be defined as the business model of restaurant I would definitely choose if I were to open one. They do not have individual tables, they do not have a fixed menu, their space is one rectangle, simple and sophisticated at the same time.

I have already written about 035 for SPOTTED BY LOCALS but I was dying for someday writing about them here in BCNCOFFEEGUIDE. And that day has come, once they have added @nomadcoffee in batch brew on their menu

Ivan and Sandy run the place in a way as friends are coming to their house everyday. Their great networking in Natural Wine allowed 035 to build a community of people looking for delicious curated natural wines and every changing menus

You should definitely try their olives! They are from another world. It is a place to order 3 or 4 dishes and share, because it is worth it to taste as much variety as you can. Ask Ivan for suggestions of wines by the glass, in my opinion the best way.

Finally, after desert, order a NOMAD filtered coffee served in a simple glass, that reminded me of those served in Brasil. 035 is in my top 3 restaurants with specialty coffee list.
